Sharing is not permitted. Beverage management reserves the right to revoke the package if misused and refuse service for any reason, including service of alcoholic beverages to intoxicated guests. Specialty Dining is based on cruise duration and ship type. For 6- to 9-day cruises, guests will receive one night at Pinnacle Grill, Canaletto or Tamarind. For ships without Tamarind, guests will receive one night at Pinnacle Grill or Canaletto. For 10- to 20-day cruises, guests will receive two nights: one night at Pinnacle Grill and one night at Canaletto or Tamarind. For ships without Tamarind, guests will receive two nights: one night at Pinnacle Grill and one night at Canaletto. For 21+ day cruises (excluding Grand Voyages), guests will receive three nights: one night at Pinnacle Grill, one night at Tamarind and one night at Canaletto. For ships without Tamarind, guests will receive three nights: two nights at Pinnacle Grill and one night at Canaletto. Offer excludes Specialty Dining events in Pinnacle Grill such as Rudi’s Sel de Mer, A Taste of De Librije and Cellar Master Dinner. Reservations and dining times will be available to pre-reserve.

Shore Excursion offer is based on cruise duration and is per person, not per stateroom. For Alaska cruisetours and 6- to 9-day cruises, eligible guests will receive US$100 Shore Excursion credit per person to apply toward their Shore Excursion purchase(s). For 10- to 20-day cruises, eligible guests will receive US$200 Shore Excursion credit per person to apply toward their Shore Excursion purchase(s). Wi-Fi Surf Package: Surf your favorite sites, including email, sports, news and general browsing. All onboard Internet usage is subject to Holland America Line’s standard policies, which may limit browsing of some sites due to network security and bandwidth usage. Applications that use high bandwidth may be blocked and offerings are subject to change with or without notice. The plan can be activated on any device, but only one device can be actively connected at a time. Upgrades are available once on board for a single day, the remaining duration of the voyage or adding more devices. Offer applies to 1st/2nd guests in a stateroom only.

Terms & Conditions:

Holland America Line (“we”, ”HAL” or “Company”) is Programing previous guests with an opportunity to refer friends to cruise on an eligible HAL voyage via a Referral Program (“Program”) Programed at on Holland's site.

1. Binding Agreement. By using the Site, participating in the Program, or booking or referring a friend for a HAL voyage in connection with the Program, you are bound by these Terms and indicate your agreement to them. All of the Company’s decisions are final and binding. 

2. Privacy. The personal information collected, processed and used as part of the Program will be used in accordance with Company’s Privacy Statement.

3. Eligibility. There are two different groups of people in this Program, the referrer (i.e. the HAL guest with a Mariner number that is referring a friend) (the “referrer”) and the referred friend (i.e. the friend that is being referred to a HAL voyage) (the “referred friend”).  Both the referrer and the referred friend must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, DC, Canada, or Puerto Rico and at least 18 years old at the time of Program participation. The referrer must have sailed on a previous HAL voyage and the referred friend must be a new HAL guest and shall not have ever previously sailed on a HAL voyage (all as determined by HAL in its sole discretion). Referrer may not be a member of a travel agency, trade partnership, or Holland America Line affiliate as determined by HAL in its sole discretion. 

4. How to refer a friend. Visit the Site and follow the on-screen instructions to fill out the “Refer a Friend” web form on the Site with all requested information.  Then, HAL will verify if the referred friend is eligible and, if so, will distribute an email to such individual that invites them to participate in the Program. 

After being deemed eligible, the referred friend must book an eligible HAL voyage and, while booking, must enter the referrer’s first name, last name, and email into the webform. Once the referred friend creates a booking on an eligible voyage, the referred friend shall receive a $50 USD onboard credit (“OBC”), with a limit of $50 USD OBC per stateroom booked in connection with the referral. When the referred friend booking hits final payment date or full payment is received, whichever comes later, the referrer will receive a $50 USD Future Cruise Credit (“FCC”).  HAL shall not be responsible for honoring the Program if the referred friend does not successfully input the referrer’s Mariner number when booking. OBC and FCCs are promotional credits and are subject to the additional terms set forth herein and in Section 6. 

5. Restrictions. Referrers cannot refer themselves or create multiple, fictitious or fake accounts with the Company or participate in the Program as “friends”. No user may use the Program to violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that is deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene or outside the spirit and intent of the Program. In addition, you may not (i) tamper with the Program, (ii) act in an unfair or disruptive manner, or (iii) use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate or receive any benefit in the Program. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Employees of the Company or any of its or their subsidiaries, affiliates or promotional agencies are not able to participate.

If referred friend cancels their Program voyage for any reason, the referrer and the referred friend shall both forfeit their reward. 

6. Additional FCC and OBC Terms. By making a valid referral, referrer will receive a $50 USD FCC and the referred friend will receive a $50 USD OBC (limit $50 OBC per stateroom). Program restrictions may apply to the FCC and OBC. For example, HAL may elect to include a limitation on the number of referrals you can make. Referrals are subject to verification before a reward is awarded. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. The Company may also refuse to verify and process any transaction or referral for any reason. Rewards have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. They are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold. 

• FCCs are not valid on and cannot be applied to the voyage booked in connection with this Program. FCC is a promotional credit and expires two years from its date of issuance. FCCs are in USD and are subject to additional terms and conditions available.
  
  

• OBC must be used on the cruise portion of the voyage booked with this Program and expires at the end of such voyage, regardless of whether OBC is used in its entirety or not. OBC is in US dollars and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value. OBC may not be used in the casino or on gratuities or any other specified fees or items.  
  
  

7. Liability. REFERRER AND REFERRED FRIEND UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO EITHER OF THEM FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF THE COMPANY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). By participating in the Program, each referrer and referred friend agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Company and  Extole, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, together with their respective employees, directors, officers, licensees, licensors, shareholders, attorneys and agents including, without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, operation or administration of the Program (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses caused by, arising out of, in connection with, or related to the Program (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)) and/or the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of any benefit in the Program. To be clear, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any technical errors or malfunctions, data theft or corruption, any printing or typographical error, or any damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Program. Additionally, the Released Parties shall not be liable to any users for failure to supply any advertised benefit, by reason of any acts of God, any action or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not valid), or any other activity or action that is beyond any of the Released Parties’ control. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED $50. 

By submitting any email address as part of the Program, the referrer represents that they have the appropriate permission and consent from the individual to share their email address with HAL. Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other use of the services described herein in a manner that is not promoted is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination and further legal action. Referrers who do not comply with the law, including anti-spam laws, are obligated to indemnify the Program Entities against any liabilities, costs and expenses it incurs as a result of such spam.

8. Right to Cancel, Modify or Terminate. We reserve the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Program at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant (referrer or referred friend or otherwise) at any time from participation in the Program if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms.

Terms & Conditions: The Pay-In-Full Offer (the “Offer”) is available to guests on eligible bookings who choose to pay their cruise fare balance in full:(i) either at the time of booking or(ii) after receiving an email indicating they are eligible. The Offer is available for select bookings on sailings departing 180 days or more in the future (the “Offer Period”). Guests who choose to participate in the Offer will retain the normal cancellation policy, and the refundability of the cruise fare will not be impacted. Guests who choose to participate and pay their sailing in full, will receive an Onboard Credit (“OBC”) 5% in value of the cruise fare to be used on the sailing that is paid in full. 1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer.” At its discretion, Virgin Voyages may offer special deals for future voyages to passengers (referred to as “Sailors” in these terms) embarked onboard any Virgin Voyages ship.
1.1. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer is exclusively available to Sailors while they are embarked and sailing aboard a Virgin Voyages ship. The My Next Virgin Voyage Offer will not be available to any Sailor who did not register while they were onboard the ship; that is, the Offer is not extendable to a Sailor once they disembark.
1.2. A $300 USD deposit is required to register for the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer in the form of a “Placeholder Booking.” A Sailor also has the option to make a deposit of 20% of their voyage fare if they know the date in which they’d like to sail on their future booking. If booking in currencies other than USD, the deposit will be converted to an equivalent deposit amount in the booking’s currency. To be clear, this means that the deposit amount in currencies other than USD will fluctuate based on the currency exchange rate, which is updated monthly. 1.2.4 If booking in other currencies other than US Dollars, the discount value of the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer will be converted via a list of preset values as follows:

1.4. The Sailor has two (2) years to book and sail from the registration date. A Sailor who fails to book and sail within this 2-year time period forfeits the $300 USD deposit paid, the future Sailor Loot credit and the future voyage fare discount. The Offer will automatically expire at the two (2) year mark.
1.4.1 Sailors who wish to cancel their deposit within seven (7) days of registering for the My Next Virgin Voyage Offer are eligible to receive a full refund of their $300 USD deposit. 
1.4.2 Sailors who wish to cancel their deposit after seven (7) days of registering for the My Next Virgin Voyage Offer are eligible to receive a Future Voyage Credit (FVC) equivalent to the amount of deposit. This FVC is valid for one (1) year from the date of cancellation. Cancellation forfeits the future voyage discount and sailor loot.
1.5. After registration is complete, the Sailor will receive an email confirmation with a deposit reference number. Once the Sailor selects a voyage with this deposit reference number, payment of the regular 20% deposit will be due. The reservation will then follow and the deposit reference number will become the Booking ID number. The booking will be subject to the Cancellation Policy in effect at that time.
1.6 Sailors are eligible for a one (1) time voyage date change. If a Sailor originally selects a 4- to 5-night voyage and later changes to a 6- to 8- night voyage, the “My Next Virgin Voyage” onboard offer will be automatically updated to the respective offer value associated with the voyage length.
1.7. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer is subject to all restrictions and exclusions set forth in Section 2 below.
2. Exclusions / Caveats
2.3. Only one (1) My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer may be applied to a future reservation. This includes any previous and future variations of the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer, “The Lasting Glow” Offer, “The Lasting Glow” Holiday Offer, and The “Extend the Glow” Offer.
2.4. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer is applicable to new bookings only. This excludes the application to retroactively applying the offer to previous bookings.
2.5. Each Sailor is eligible to register for a total of four (4) My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offers. A $300 USD or currency equivalent deposit is required per offer.
2.6. Upon redemption of the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer registration, or “Placeholder,” the currency originally used for the deposit payment will carry over to the newly converted booking. 2.7. Sailors do not have to pick a specific voyage date while onboard. As noted above in section 1.4 a Sailor has a two (2) year window to redeem this Offer and sail by converting the Placeholder Booking to an active booking. The Sailor’s future voyage date must commence on or before the two year expiry date.
2.8. Once a Sailor has chosen a future voyage date, they may only change their new voyage date up until one (1) year after the original chosen voyage date. The new voyage date selected must fall within two years from placement of the Sailor’s original Placeholder Booking.
2.9. A Sailor may transfer their My Next Virgin Onboard Voyage offer one (1) time to another Sailor.
2.10. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer applies solely to “The Sea Terrace” cabins and above categorized cabins/suites on the future voyage. 2.14 Once a My Next Virgin Voyage Placeholder is converted to a Ship & Sail Date, the reservation cannot be reverted back to a Placeholder after the voyage has been selected. 1.1 Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller: Under the “70% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide each Sailor in an eligible cabin (see section 3.1 for eligible cabins) a total discount of 35% off their retail (base) voyage fare. 1. Binding Agreement. By using the Site, participating in the Program, or booking or referring a friend for a HAL voyage in connection with the Program, you are bound by these Terms and indicate your agreement to them. All of the Company’s decisions are final and binding. 

2. Privacy. The personal information collected, processed and used as part of the Program will be used in accordance with Company’s Privacy Statement.

3. Eligibility. There are two different groups of people in this Program, the referrer (i.e. the HAL guest with a Mariner number that is referring a friend) (the “referrer”) and the referred friend (i.e. the friend that is being referred to a HAL voyage) (the “referred friend”).  Both the referrer and the referred friend must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, DC, Canada, or Puerto Rico and at least 18 years old at the time of Program participation. The referrer must have sailed on a previous HAL voyage and the referred friend must be a new HAL guest and shall not have ever previously sailed on a HAL voyage (all as determined by HAL in its sole discretion). Referrer may not be a member of a travel agency, trade partnership, or Holland America Line affiliate as determined by HAL in its sole discretion. 

4. How to refer a friend. Visit the Site and follow the on-screen instructions to fill out the “Refer a Friend” web form on the Site with all requested information.  Then, HAL will verify if the referred friend is eligible and, if so, will distribute an email to such individual that invites them to participate in the Program. 

After being deemed eligible, the referred friend must book an eligible HAL voyage and, while booking, must enter the referrer’s first name, last name, and email into the webform. Once the referred friend creates a booking on an eligible voyage, the referred friend shall receive a $50 USD onboard credit (“OBC”), with a limit of $50 USD OBC per stateroom booked in connection with the referral. When the referred friend booking hits final payment date or full payment is received, whichever comes later, the referrer will receive a $50 USD Future Cruise Credit (“FCC”).  HAL shall not be responsible for honoring the Program if the referred friend does not successfully input the referrer’s Mariner number when booking. OBC and FCCs are promotional credits and are subject to the additional terms set forth herein and in Section 6. 

5. Restrictions. Referrers cannot refer themselves or create multiple, fictitious or fake accounts with the Company or participate in the Program as “friends”. No user may use the Program to violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that is deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene or outside the spirit and intent of the Program. In addition, you may not (i) tamper with the Program, (ii) act in an unfair or disruptive manner, or (iii) use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate or receive any benefit in the Program. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. 6. Additional FCC and OBC Terms. By making a valid referral, referrer will receive a $50 USD FCC and the referred friend will receive a $50 USD OBC (limit $50 OBC per stateroom). Program restrictions may apply to the FCC and OBC. For example, HAL may elect to include a limitation on the number of referrals you can make. Referrals are subject to verification before a reward is awarded. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. The Company may also refuse to verify and process any transaction or referral for any reason. Rewards have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. They are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold.

By participating in the Program, each referrer and referred friend agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Company and  Extole, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, together with their respective employees, directors, officers, licensees, licensors, shareholders, attorneys and agents including, without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, operation or administration of the Program (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses caused by, arising out of, in connection with, or related to the Program (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)) and/or the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of any benefit in the Program. To be clear, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any technical errors or malfunctions, data theft or corruption, any printing or typographical error, or any damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Program. Additionally, the Released Parties shall not be liable to any users for failure to supply any advertised benefit, by reason of any acts of God, any action or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not valid), or any other activity or action that is beyond any of the Released Parties’ control. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED $50. 

By submitting any email address as part of the Program, the referrer represents that they have the appropriate permission and consent from the individual to share their email address with HAL. Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other use of the services described herein in a manner that is not promoted is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination and further legal action.
